demo submission policy

1) we prefer demos to be in cd format
2) we will also accept minidiscs, tape reels & audio cassettes. but no dats please! we will soon also be accepting demos via ftp.
3) keep it short and sweet - we're much more likely to give you in depth feedback on a few tracks rather than a whole album.
